Sturdy shelving units brought in to display items!

Higher priced items are displayed in the living room near the cashier!
Higher priced items are displayed in the living room or where the cash table is located. The cashier
never leaves the cash table unattended so the items are always being watched. We also have display cases which help
protect small items (easily pocketed) and delicate, fragile items.

Space is utilized to the fullest!
Linens are sorted. Sheet sets are tied together with ribbon with the size displayed on a tag. This makes it easier
for the customer to shop and know they have a complete set. It also adds a touch of class!
When people are shopping sometimes they forget to look where they are walking. We post signs alerting customers
of potential stepping hazards. We even will post an employee at a danger point if needed. Safety first!

Signs on the entrance door, informing customers of important information!
Hours, OPEN sign is posted. A safety sign will be posted if there is a step up or down upon entering the home.
Again, safety first!
Carpet is protected! If the home has nice carpeting we will put a carpet protector to try to keep the carpet clean.
We also have our own throw rugs that we bring so if the weather is bad the home will be protected. And customers
can wipe their feet off at the door so they will not slip on floors. Safety first!
Sometimes families are still living in the home or they have items they have not removed from the home yet. We
tape off the room so no one will enter. We use easy to see Do Not Enter signs to keep people out of off limit areas.
Here are some before and after pictures!
For this sale we utilized the kitchen cabinets in the basement for display. We took the cabinet doors
off to allow for more display space. We don't do this every time because it is not necessary. This particular
house was packed literally to the ceiling.
The basement was one big pile of merchandise. We sorted through every bag and every box. We determined what
was trash and what were treasures!
Whew! This was an awesome sale and quite the work setting up!
